By using our Services, you (“Brand,” “User,” or “You”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility
You must be a registered business, brand, or authorized representative to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate business and regulatory details during onboarding.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. Services Provided
Creation and hosting of digital product labels via QR codes.
Tools to meet regulatory compliance requirements (EU FIC, CDSCO, FSSAI, FDA, etc. as applicable).
Analytics dashboards for QR scan activity, consumer engagement, and usage reports.
Optional integrations with third-party tools (e.g., ERP, CRM, marketing platforms).

3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all product information uploaded (ingredients, nutrition facts, warnings, claims, certifications).
You agree not to upload or publish any misleading, false, or unlawful content.
You must comply with all applicable regulatory guidelines in your jurisdiction (e.g., EU labeling rules, India CDSCO/FSSAI).
You agree not to misuse the platform (e.g., hacking, reverse engineering, automated scraping).

4. Pricing & Payments
Services are offered on a subscription or credit-based model.
Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are specified at the time of subscription.
Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We reserve the right to revise prices with prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property
All platform technology, design, and content (except user-uploaded product data) remain our intellectual property.
By uploading product content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and process the data solely to provide the Services.
You retain full ownership of your product data and brand assets.

6. Data & Privacy
Consumer scan data (e.g., device info, location, scan frequency) is collected in aggregate/anonymized form.
Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
Brands are not permitted to misuse consumer data obtained via the platform.

7. Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms (cloud hosting, analytics, payment gateways).
We are not liable for downtime, errors, or losses caused by third-party providers.

8. Disclaimers
We do not guarantee that use of our Services ensures regulatory approval or compliance. Brands remain fully responsible for compliance with applicable laws.
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (loss of profits, data, goodwill).
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the past 12 months.

10. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your hosted e-labels and data may be deleted after a grace period of [X days].

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
